Please use a shopping tote bag (like Lulu/Athleta) or paper shopping bag. NOT ACCEPTED are laundry baskets, plastic tubs/bins, large plastic trash bags, oversized containers, or cardboard boxes, remove hangers please.

Clothing must be clean, freshly laundered and folded, with no pet hair, pilling, stains or holes, garment tags intact, in new or like new condition and less than two years old or it will be refused.

Your buy will be processed on the same day unless dropped off during the last hour of business it will be processed the next day. You will be notified by text when it is ready to pick up. Befit pays CASH on the spot for buys. Transactions are processed in the order they are dropped off. Note: Buys that are abandoned and not picked up within two business days will be donated in entirety to charity.

Currently we are ONLY BUYING SUPER PREMIUM BRANDS such as Lululemon, Athleta, Patagonia, Vuori and the like, that are two years old or newer. Please refer to our Premium Brand list. Inventory buying will depend upon customer demand and current stock.
